Coaching for Children
The work I do is often around mindset, acceptance, confidence and realising the power you hold in how you choose to respond to things; what better time to tackle these themes than when you're developing as a young person? Coaching 1:1 with a child can help them gain a sense of control over how their thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected. Coaching allows us to explore negative ways of thinking and any limiting beliefs before they begin to manifest and hold us back from achieving our true potential.
I work with children aged 7+, through to teens and young adults. Focusing on resilience, mindset and valuing your strengths can impact hugely not just on your child's happiness, but also their attitude, their self-efficacy, progress in the classroom, relationships at school & home and the way they approach life.
