About Louise

I care deeply about helping people reach their potential. Drawing on my experience in and passion for education and coaching, I specialise in two areas; 1:1 personal coaching and working within educational settings as a coach & consultant.
I have long had an interest in self development and people, originally sparked through completing a degree in Psychology. This interest only grew throughout my 12 years in teaching, 5 of which I worked as a deputy head teacher. Now as a qualified coach, I work with individuals to help them explore, accept and empower themselves. The people I work with are ready to develop new ways of thinking and behaving.
I'm passionate about coaching as a means to facilitate change. It's collaborative, transformative and puts you as the coachee firmly in the driving seat. It has the power to unlock true potential, for you as an individual, your child and for school communities who are ready to embrace a coaching approach.
